2026 Pacesetters Track Club (PTC)

Program Selections and Division Registration Deadline: 

If you have any questions please contact our Registrar, Lisa L Palmer, use [email protected] and put her name in the Subject. Please read the following instructions before getting started. We have two programs: Club or Training. You will select which program you are interested in after you enter participant information. Continue with this registration if you want to join the club. If you just want to train, back out of this registration and go to 2026 Pacesetters Track Training. When you register the primary contact has to be a parent regardless of age. You can register all of your athletes under one account. Please make sure that you enter the correct information (cell and email) for the person responsible for paying the fees. Please don't register unless you have permission from a parent. Parents will have to verify approval through email or text response.  

USATF Number Registration:  For Club registration everyone must have a 2026 USATF membership number. Please refer to the Registration page on our website for specific instructions or go directly to the USATF website (click the link) to get started. You don't need this if you choose Training only. A copy of your athlete’s birth certificate must be uploaded on the USATF website. As a backup load it on the Pacesetter website also. Only new athletes need to upload a Birth Certificate. Your USATF number and Birth Certificate must be completed/loaded at the same time before you will be allowed to practice and participate in meets. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SELECT PACESETTERS (17-0056) AS YOUR TEAM AFFILIATE.

USATF Membership Fees - $35 (www.usatf.org) You must do this first; instructions located on PTC website (renew/new). All athletes must get this number, yearly. Please make sure you select Pacesetters Track Club as your club affiliate (17-0056). Please make sure you register your athlete and not yourself. Let Administrative staff know ASAP if you are transferring from another club, as there is a process for this to be approved.

Training Only Fees: $200 --These athletes will not be competing in any meets. This is the only cost for the season starting at any time prior to the regional meet. Should your athlete want to compete, training fees will be transferred, and the difference paid to become a club member.
 
Minimum Payment: Minimum deposit due by 4/1/26 for elementary ($220) and 5/1/26 ($220) for middle/high per athlete starts your registration process. Please order your uniform top at this time too (look below for link information) It is important that you register your athlete by these deadline date. Being able to practice and participate in early meets will be effected if not registered by the dates above.

Team Elementary Division Fees totals $445 (+ 35 for a Uniform Top)  – Meet Fee’s - $200 per athlete for scheduled meets, additional funds may need to be collected as athlete advances through the qualifying meets. Club Fees -Elementary Division 12 yrs. & under: $245 (first athlete), If you have additional children the following fees will apply, 2nd child ($155.00+$200 and 3rd child is ($105.00+$200). (April start for all) 1st installment must be paid by 4/1, last installment must be paid by 5/1.
 
Team Jr. High/ High Division Fees totals $320 (+ 35 for a Uniform top) – Meet Fee’s - $130 per athlete for scheduled meets, additional funds may need to be collected as athlete advances through the qualifying meets. Club Fees - Jr. High/High school 12 yrs. & older: $190 (first athlete), If you have additional children the following fees will apply, 2nd child ($155.00+$130) and 3rd child is ($105.00+$130). 1st installment must be paid by 5/1, last installment must be paid by 6/1. 
 
Uniform Fees: $35.00 UNIFORM ORDER: Below are pictures of the standard uniform for the current season. Uniforms consist of a top. The bottoms should be black compression and can be purchased on your own at any retail store that sells sports apparel. Other team wear and spirit wear will have an open store with a 2-3 weeks window. Free Team T-shirts are at the discretion of the Club and will be passed out during practice. Uniforms must be purchased by March 20 for Elementary (standard tank) and May 8th for Middle/Jr./High (Razorback for Girls and Standard Tank Singlet for Boys). Spirit wear will also be available throughout the season. Razorback Singlets are for Middle/Jr/High school girls. Standard Tank Singlet are for Elementary age athletes and Middle/Jr/High Boys. All Singlets are $35. Coupon code is: Pacesetters.

Deadlines: Deposit and initial registration due by: Elementary-4/1/26 (220) and Middle/High School is 5/1/26 ($220). 2nd deposit and club membership deadlines: For Elementary Age Athletes: 5/1/26 and for Middle/High Age Athletes: 6/1/26. Payment after these dates will incur a $40 processing fee. Remember your athlete cannot be entered into any meets if they are not registered and must stop practicing after 3 days, until registered.
  
Payment: On-line payment processing is available and preferred. When registering you will have a cart which represents your "order" of club, meet and uniform fees. Payments: are secure and your account is updated immediately. There is a nominal charge of 3.4% which will be added to your account at checkout. If you receive any donations and/or adjustments from last year, your account will be updated to reflect the discount. Please review the volunteer section and consider selecting a committee, your help is needed!

2026 Pacesetters Training Program (PTP)

This registration is for the Pacesetters Training Program ($200). You can train with our coaches, and not participate in actual meets. You cannot train with the program and sign up for any track and field meets as an unattached athlete. If you want to participate in the meets and receive training from Pacesetters Track Club coaches you must be a club member. 

You don't need a USATF membership number to train, however if you switch to Club you will need a USATF number.

The opportunity for training is April 7th through July 17th. Training in April and May is from (6:00-7:30 pm) and is according to the schedule below. Training days change to Monday-Thursday (6:00-8:00 pm) after June 1st. Registration is open, however training fees remain the same no matter when you start.

2 Days a week 4/6 to 6/7-PN Soccer Stadium all days

Schedule is being developed around the High School sports and will be available during the season.
6pm to 7:30pm on these dates
                                                                                                   
•4 Days a week 6/8 to 7/23 - PN Soccer Stadium
 6/3 starts 4 days a week at PN, 6-8 pm Monday-Thursday    

First practice for Elementary: Monday, April 6th (weather permitting)
First practice for Middle/Jr/HS** is when the athlete’s season is over

           **Athletes that do not compete for their schools can start practice in April.
